NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES
I collaborate with both home builders and developers to source and promote new projects, as well as with buyers who are looking for a newly constructed property or land to construct their homes. My priorities are to match buyers with quality homes within their budgets, as well as deliver timely, profitable results to developers while minimizing potential stress and conflict between parties.
EXISTING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
I assist individuals in purchasing or renting single-family homes, condos, or townhomes. Whether for primary living or vacation purposes...if it exists, together we will find the right property.
RENTALS & INVESTMENT
I also work with landlords in renting out their vacant apartments. Being an investor myself- I've had first-hand experience with the challenges that come with placing the right tenants. My experience and the electronic screening tools I have access to through Keller Williams allow me to offer a hassle-free experience. In addition to working with current landlords, I consult with potential investors who are interested in acquiring a residential income property or executing some form of residential development.

With a background in single family construction and nearly a decade of experience in residential real estate and new construction sales, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Bronic was born and raised in Upstate New York. As a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing football, lacrosse, and golf. He maintains this attitude today with a strong commitment to health and fitness. He always has a gym bag in the car and will often be seen lugging around a cooler full of food. Bronic is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and enjoys traveling to the vast array of quality gyms that South Florida has to offer.
When it's time to relax, Bronic enjoys our South Florida beaches and the array of fine restaurants we have at our fingertips. Currently, his favorite places to eat are Lona Cocina in Fort Lauderdale, City Oyster in Delray, and La Leggenda Pizzeria in Miami Beach.
